Wisconsin Court of Appeals
Civil
Family — physical placement
Kara Rudek appeals an order awarding primary physical placement of her daughter, Montana, to Montana’s father, Jeremie Rudek. Kara argues the circuit court failed to address the “real controversy” and erroneously exercised its discretion when it awarded primary physical placement to Jeremie. Kara also claims that “substantial factual errors” in the guardian ad litem’s written recommendation warrant a new hearing. We reject Kara’s arguments and affirm the order. This opinion will not be published.
