Civil Procedure — amended complaints

Halmarc LLC appeals from a judgment granting summary judgment in favor of Ford Leasing Development Company (FLDC), Towne Ford, Inc., d/b/a Porcaro Ford (Towne Ford), and Ford Motor Company (Ford), and denying its motion for leave to amend its complaint. We conclude that the circuit court properly granted summary judgment. We further conclude that the court properly exercised its discretion in denying Halmarc’s motion for leave to amend its complaint. Accordingly, we affirm the judgment. This opinion will not be published.
