An interesting online reference tool, called Electronic Discovery Best Practices, recently launched.
The website is the product of e-Discovery Team blogger Ralph Losey and other contributors. Per the EDBP website, its purpose is “to provide a model of best practices for use by law firms and corporate law departments. EDBP is designed to be an educational resource for all lawyers striving to stay current with the latest thinking on excellence in legal services in electronic discovery law.”
The website breaks down the electronic discovery process into an easy to follow flow chart. Researchers can select the various categories and link to commentary, discussion and case law.
