Torts – nuisance — snow removal

Marlene Clark appeals a summary judgment dismissing her personal injury suit. Clark was injured after slipping on an icy sidewalk. She argues she can maintain an action for negligent maintenance of a public nuisance even though landowners have no duty to remove snow or ice on abutting sidewalks. We reject Clark’s argument, and affirm. This opinion will not be published.
