Employment — workers compensation — refusal to rehire

Mofoco Enterprises, Inc., appeals from a trial court order affirming a decision of the Labor and Industry Review Commission (LIRC). LIRC upheld the decision of an administrative law judge that Luis Santos is entitled to a year’s wages because he sustained a work-related injury and Mofoco Enterprises thereafter refused to rehire him. We affirm. This opinion will not be published.
