Listen to this articleThe Legal Aid Society hosted its 96th anniversary luncheon Sept. 6 at the Italian Community Center in Milwaukee. Wisconsin Attorney General J.B. Van Hollen was the event’s principal speaker, and remarks also were made by Peter Stone, of Foley & Lardner LLP, and Marina Dimitrijevic, chairman of the Milwaukee County Board.
Equal Justice Medals were bestowed upon Peter Bruce, of Davis & Kuelthau SC; Mary Dobbs, of the Gary Dobbs Family Resource Center; and Judge James Shapiro, of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court.
