Sentencing — discretion

Frederick L. Moore appeals from a judgment of conviction entered upon his guilty plea to first-degree sexual assault by use of a dangerous weapon, contrary to Wis. Stat. § 940.225(1)(b). He also appeals an order denying his postconviction motion. Because the circuit court did not erroneously exercise its sentencing discretion, we affirm. This opinion will not be published.
