Family – contempt – failure to pay child support

James A. Bauer appeals a remedial contempt order entered based upon his failure to pay child support as required by a prior stipulated child support order. Bauer asserts that the evidence presented at the contempt hearing was insufficient to support the circuit court’s finding of contempt, and therefore, the circuit court abused its discretion. For the reasons set forth in this opinion, this court affirms. This opinion will not be published.
