Insurance — Homeowner policies — water damage — ambiguity
Robert and Sharron Biller appeal a summary judgment declaring that water damage to their home was excluded from coverage under an insurance policy issued by Farmers Insurance Exchange. The Billers argue that ambiguity in a policy term should be construed in favor of coverage. Because the subject term is unambiguous, we affirm the judgment.
