Sentencing – modification — new factors

Daniel Hammond appeals judgments of conviction and orders denying postconviction relief. He argues the circuit court erroneously exercised its sentencing discretion. He also seeks sentence modification based upon a new factor. We reject his arguments and affirm. This opinion will not be published.
