Sentencing – resentencing — sentence credit

John Oliver Huff, Jr., appeals from an amended judgment of conviction, entered on his guilty plea, for possession with intent to deliver more than forty grams of cocaine, contrary to Wis. Stat. § 961.41(1m)(cm)4.

(2009-10). Huff argues that his suppression motion should have been granted. We reject his suppression argument. This opinion will not be published.
