Criminal Procedure — ineffective assistance

Jeremiah (“Fred”) Connour appeals a judgment of conviction for first-degree intentional homicide and an order denying his motion for postconviction relief. Connour argues his trial counsel provided ineffective assistance for several reasons. We reject Connour’s arguments and affirm. Not recommended for publication in the official reports.
