Contracts — third-party beneficiaries

Keller Construction Company appeals from an order of the circuit court granting summary judgment in favor of Badger State, Inc., NEI, Northern Electricians, Inc. and W. Zintl Construction, Inc. (collectively, the subcontractors) and awarding each of those parties money damages, as well as an order denying Keller’s motion for reconsideration. The subcontractors cross-appeal from an order of the court denying their motion for leave to amend their pleadings and for other relief. We affirm. Not recommended for publication in the official reports.
