Sexually Violent Persons – discharge — burden of proof

Jamerrel Everett appeals an order denying his petition for discharge from his commitment as a sexually violent person. The issue is whether the State met its burden of proof at the discharge hearing. We conclude that it did. We affirm. This opinion will not be published.
