Criminal Procedure — plea withdrawal — ineffective assistance

James R. Wegner pled no contest in two separate cases to second-degree sexual assault of a child. The victims were his daughters. Wegner appeals from the judgments of conviction and from the order denying his postconviction motion seeking to withdraw his pleas and alleging ineffectiveness of trial counsel. We reject his arguments and affirm the judgments and order. This opinion will not be published.
