Rita Risse (“Mrs. Risse”) appeals from an order of the trial court granting Building Service Industrial Supply Company’s (“BSIS”) motion for summary judgment. Mrs. Risse also appeals from an order of the circuit court granting L&S Insulation Company’s (“L&S”) motion in limine and sua sponte granting summary judgment in favor of L&S and dismissing the complaint against L&S. We affirm. Not recommended for publication in the official reports.
