Employment — severance benefits

Bill K. Edwards appeals from a judgment dismissing on summary judgment his claims against Pacific Cycle, Inc. Edwards claims were based on his belief that he was entitled to severance benefits when he left Pacific Cycle. We affirm because the record reveals no material factual dispute suggesting that Edwards was entitled to severance benefits. This opinion will not be published.
