Motor Vehicles – OWI — probable cause

Defendant Carl G. Culver appeals a judgment of conviction for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated and operating with a prohibited alcohol concentration, first offense. He also appeals an order of the circuit court denying his motion to suppress evidence obtained by the Marquette County Sheriff’s Department on the grounds that the officer lacked probable cause to arrest him. We affirm. This appeal will not be published.
