Criminal Procedure — new trials — ineffective assistance — newly discovered evidence

Antoine D. Edwards, pro se, appeals an order denying his motion for postconviction relief brought pursuant to Wis. Stat. § 974.06 (2009-10). Edwards contends that he is entitled to a new trial on the basis of newly discovered evidence and that he received ineffective assistance of trial counsel. We reject these arguments. Accordingly, we affirm. This opinion will not be published.
