Sentencing – accurate information

In these consolidated appeals, Jorge Quinonez appeals from a judgment convicting him of two drug offenses, a judgment sentencing him after revocation of his probation on another drug offense, and orders denying his challenge to his sentences. On appeal, Quinonez argues that the circuit court relied upon inaccurate information at sentencing and that his trial counsel was ineffective. We disagree and affirm. This opinion will not be published.
