Corporations — shareholder oppression — breach of fiduciary duty

Fred Furrer, pro se, appeals a judgment that awarded damages, costs and fees to HYRAD Corporation; transferred Furrer’s solely-owned companies to HYRAD; and liquidated HYRAD. Furrer contends that five of the circuit court’s findings of fact were clearly erroneous. We disagree, and affirm. This opinion will not be published.
