Juveniles – TPR — severance

Amanda H. appeals an order terminating her parental rights to her son, Daman H., and an order denying postdisposition relief. Amanda argues the circuit court erred by failing to grant her motion to sever her trial from her husband’s. She also contends trial counsel was ineffective and the failure to assume parental responsibility ground is unconstitutional as applied. We affirm. This opinion will not be published.
