Civil Procedure — small claims — motions to reopen

Russell Boushele appeals the August 2011 order of the circuit court denying his motion to reopen a small claims default judgment against him obtained by Stuart Engerman in October 2007. For the following reasons, this court affirms. This opinion will not be published.
