Criminal Procedure — ineffective assistance

James Edward Sanicki is serving a life sentence for first-degree intentional homicide. He appeals from the 1991 judgment of conviction and from an order denying his 2010 motion for postconviction relief. None of his arguments persuade us; we affirm the judgment and order. This opinion will not be published.
