Torts – negligence — inconsistent verdicts

Richard Berg appeals an order denying his motion for a new trial after a jury concluded a car accident between Berg and Michael Lauer did not cause any injury to Berg. Berg argues the jury’s verdict is inconsistent. He also seeks a new trial in the interest of justice, arguing several of the circuit court’s evidentiary rulings were erroneous. We reject Berg’s arguments and affirm. This opinion will not be published.
