Torts — false advertising — economic loss doctrine

Grain Exchange Condominium Association, Inc., and its forty-three named members and two John Doe plaintiffs (collectively, the Association), appeal from a judgment following a jury verdict in favor of 741 Milwaukee, LLC, and orders of summary judgment in favor of 741 Milwaukee and John Burke, the sole member of 741 Milwaukee (collectively, the respondents). We affirm. Not recommended for publication in the official reports.
