Bail Jumping — probable cause

The State of Wisconsin appeals from the judgment dismissing the felony bail-jumping charge against Steven J. David and from the order denying its motion for reconsideration. On our de novo review, we conclude that sufficient plausible evidence existed to find probable cause to bind David over for trial. We therefore reverse the judgment and order. This opinion will not be published.
