Torts — medical malpractice — improper prosecutorial conduct

Susan Puls appeals a summary judgment dismissing her medical negligence claims based on the statute of limitations. Puls argues the circuit court erroneously determined her amended complaint did not relate back to the original complaint. We disagree and affirm. This opinion will not be published.
