Property – dogs — proof of ownership

Sandy Peebles appeals an order dismissing her small claims action and awarding ownership of a dog to Laura Arnold. On appeal, Peebles argues the evidence shows she is the dog’s rightful owner. We affirm. This opinion will not be published.
