Jon Rubenzer appeals a summary judgment dismissing his tort claim against Associated Banc-Corp based on a statute of limitations defense. Rubenzer argues summary judgment is inappropriate because there are disputed issues of material fact regarding Rubenzer’s discovery of his claim. We agree, and therefore reverse and remand. This opinion will not be published.
