Nazir Al-Mujaahid, pro se, appeals from a circuit court order denying his petition for the return of a gun that was seized from the home of a man named Daniel Bonnie Pate. Al-Mujaahid, who alleged that he was the lawful owner of the gun and sought its return pursuant to WIS. STAT. § 968.20 (2009–10), argues that the circuit court erroneously denied his petition. We reject his arguments and affirm. This opinion will not be published.
