Sentencing – modification — new factors

Julius C. Cooley appeals from a judgment of conviction, entered upon his guilty plea, on one count of armed robbery. Cooley also appeals from an order denying his postconviction motion for sentence modification. He contends that a new factor warrants sentence modification. We disagree and affirm. This opinion shall not be published.
