Family — marital settlement agreements — estoppel

Ruth Wieland appeals from an order that denied her motions for modification and relief from judgment, as well as an order denying her motion for reconsideration. Ruth argues on appeal that the circuit court erred when it applied the doctrine of estoppel to bar her from seeking relief from the terms of a marital settlement agreement and when it dismissed her claim for relief from judgment pursuant to Wis. Stat. § 806.07(1)(h) (2009-10) without a hearing. We affirm the orders of the circuit court, both on Ruth’s original motions and on reconsideration. This opinion will not be published.
