Property — easement by estoppel

George Stamper, Jr., appeals a judgment dismissing his complaint seeking to impose an easement by estoppel on adjoining property in Langlade County owned by the various McDonald Family Holdings, LLCs (collectively referred to as “the McDonalds”). Stamper argues that the McDonalds are estopped from revoking oral permission “to drive to his forty acres” granted by the McDonalds’ predecessor in title. We reject Stamper’s argument and affirm. This opinion will not be published.
