Contracts — attorney fees – contingency agreement – breach

Biersdorf & Associates, P.A., appeals and Harold M. Schmitz cross-appeals from a judgment awarding Biersdorf $421,091.05 in attorney fees and costs. Schmitz contends the award is too big. Biersdorf contends the award is too small. Based on its comprehensive findings of facts and conclusions of law, we conclude that the trial court got it just right. We affirm the judgment because the award reflects a proper exercise of discretion. This opinion will not be published.
