Criminal Procedure — habeas corpus — venue

Benjamin Walker appeals an order denying his petition for a writ of habeas corpus. Walker argues the circuit court erroneously exercised its discretion when denying his petition. He also claims that venue for the petition should not have been transferred from Grant to Outagamie County. We reject these arguments and affirm the order. This opinion will not be published.
