Olson appeals from three separate judgments of the circuit court after a jury trial in the above matter: a judgment in Olson’s favor against Commonwealth Land Title Insurance Company in the amount of $26,383.28, along with judgments of dismissal against David J. Reed and Stewart Title Guaranty Company. Commonwealth cross-appeals from the judgment entered against it. Not recommended for publication in the official reports.
