Evidence — other acts — harmless error

Robert Hammersley appeals a conviction for operating while under the influence, sixth offense. He argues the circuit court erroneously exercised its discretion by denying his motion for a mistrial after an eyewitness to Hammersley’s vehicular accident testified that Hammersley repeatedly pled with him not to call the police because he had prior convictions for drunk driving. We reject his argument and affirm. This opinion will not be published.
