Criminal Procedure — ineffective assistance

Eugene D. Brooks, pro se, appeals from a circuit court order denying his Wis. Stat. § 974.06 (2009-10) motion for postconviction relief. He argues that he is entitled to outright dismissal of one count and a new trial on other counts based on ineffective assistance of trial counsel. We reject his arguments and affirm the order. This opinion will not be published.
