Torts – negligence — summary judgment

Weather Shield Manufacturing and its insurer, Continental Casualty Insurance Company, appeal an order of summary judgment dismissing Weather Shield’s negligence claims against Compass Group USA, Inc., C.L. Swanson, and their insurers. We conclude that the undisputed facts do not permit a finding that Compass and Swanson breached a duty of ordinary care and that summary judgment was therefore appropriate. Accordingly, we affirm. Not recommended for publication in the official reports.
