Juveniles – TPR — due process

Kevin D. appeals an order of the circuit court terminating his parental rights to Nevaeh D. Kevin contends that his due process rights were violated when factual assertions in Dane County Department of Human Services’ requests for admissions were deemed admitted due to his failure to respond timely to those requests. He also contends that the circuit court erroneously exercised its discretion by denying his motion to withdraw the deemed admissions. I affirm. This opinion will not be published.
