Juveniles – TPR — due process

Kevin D. appeals an order of the circuit court terminating his parental rights to Nevaeh D. He also contends that the circuit court erroneously exercised its discretion by denying his motion to withdraw the deemed admissions. I affirm. This opinion will not be published.
