Criminal Procedure — ineffective assistance

Marcus S. Benjamin has appealed from a judgment convicting him of one count of first-degree sexual assault of a child and one count of incest with a child, both convictions as a repeat offender. He has also appealed from an order denying his motion for postconviction relief. We affirm the judgment and order. This opinion will not be published.
