Wisconsin legislators drafted a resolution paying tribute to Milwaukee attorney Nathan Fishbach, who died of cancer in September at age 58.
Assembly Joint Resolution 92, introduced On Jan. 19, commends Fishbach for his 13 years as a prosecutor with the United States Attorney’s Office in Milwaukee and also 18 years of service as a civil litigator with Milwaukee-based Whyte Hirschboeck Dudek SC.
Fishbach co-founded the Eastern District of Wisconsin Bar Association, was a past president of the Milwaukee Bar Association and served on numerous other boards and committees in the legal profession.
The resolution was referred to the Assembly Committee on Rules.
