Torts — legal malpractice

Roger Alswager appeals an order granting summary judgment to Lawton & Cates SC, in Lawton’s action against Alswager for payment of attorney’s fees and in Alswager’s counterclaims for legal malpractice, breach of fiduciary duty, and breach of contract. Alswager contends that there are disputed issues of fact that preclude summary judgment, that the circuit court failed to separately address each of Alswager’s affirmative defenses and counterclaims, and that the court awarded Lawton costs that are not authorized by statute. We reject each of these contentions, and affirm. This opinion will not be published.
