Criminal Procedure — successive appeals

Chaz L. Moseby, pro se, appeals from orders of the circuit court that denied his motion to withdraw his plea and his motion for

reconsideration. We agree with the circuit court that the motion to withdraw the plea was procedurally barred by State v. Escalona-Naranjo, 185 Wis. 2d 168, 185, 517 N.W.2d 157, 163–164 (1994), so we affirm. This opinion will not be published.

2010AP2675 State v. Moseby

Dist I, Milwaukee County, Conen, J., Per Curiam

Attorneys: For Appellant: Moseby, Chaz L., pro se; For Respondent: Loebel, Karen A., Milwaukee; Wellman, Sally L., Madison
