North Lake Management District (NLMD) has appealed from a circuit court order denying its amended petition for review, which challenged a decision by the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources (DNR) determining that the DNR was not required to prepare an environmental impact statement (EIS) for the development of a public access and boat launch site (the Kraus site) on North Lake in Waukesha County. We affirm the circuit court’s order. This opinion will not be published.
