Criminal Procedure — IAD

Jerome Panick, Jr., appeals a judgment of conviction for misdemeanor battery and criminal damage to property, and an order denying postconviction relief. He asserts his conviction should be vacated and dismissed with prejudice because the State failed to comply with the Interstate Agreement on Detainers (IAD). We affirm. This opinion will not be published.
