Property – condemnation — valuation

This is a partial taking eminent domain case initiated by the Wisconsin Department of Transportation (DOT) in order to re-route a frontage road in the Village of Lake Delton (the Village) in the Wisconsin Dells area. The property owner, Winterberry of Lake Delton, LLC, appeals the trial court judgment entered on a $400,000 jury award of just compensation. Winterberry seeks a new trial on three grounds. Not recommended for publication in the official reports.
