Family Law – property division – child placement — support

Gaylan Rabine appeals the judgment dissolving his marriage to Rose Rabine and deciding contested issues involving their children and property. Gaylan argues that the circuit court erred regarding the placement of the children and child support and, further, that the court erred in requiring the sale of the family house for purposes of the property division.

Gaylan also complains that the circuit court erred as a matter of law when it did not respond to issues raised by Gaylan’s prejudgment motions by issuing an order addressing each. We reject Gaylan’s arguments, and affirm the circuit court. Not recommended for publication in the official reports.
